If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of the consumers order, Howly Design will contact you via email, Instagram or text (telephone).

Howly Design ships to addresses within the Europian Union.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once the consumers order has shipped.
Howly Design is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to the consumers order. All fees imposed
during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes)
Damages
Howly Design is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. Please contact Howly Design when there is damage to your package so we can look for a solution.
